CLAUDIA MATÉ

Claudia Maté (1985, Spain) lives and work in Paris. She works in a large area of new media and online based works. Her works come from a variety of formats including programming, 3D, video, videogames, VR, GIF and sound. She is Co- founder and curator at cloaque.org. Her work manages to blend the familiar with the odd, and the futuristic with strange retro tropes. She has realised her ambition to fuse the internet and interactive 3D technology into an aesthetic that is non-ideological and defines a never-ending new aesthetic – into a surreal and pixelated world where anything is possible, and nothing is as it seems. Mate’s works has been exhibited internationally in Spain, USA, France, Switzerland, Austria, Canada, Croatia, Italy, Germany, Chile, Argentina, Switzerland, Netherlands, Sweden, Venezuela, Korea, Mexico, Greece, Czech Republic, Iran, Peru, Lithuania, UK and online.

DOREEN A.RÍOS

Doreen A. Ríos (1992, Mexico) is an independent curator and researcher. Her work focuses on digital art, post-digital practices and new materialities. Founder of [ANTI]MATERIA, an online platform dedicated to the research and exhibition of art produced through digital media. She was chief curator of the Centro de Cultura Digital de CDMX from 2019 to 2021. She is a graduate of the Masters in Contemporary Curatorship from Winchester School of Arts, specialising in digital cultures, and of the Bachelor of Architecture from Tec de Monterrey. She is currently developing a collective research project for the British Council collection, is part of the international selection committee for the Lumen Art Prize and is a mentor for the Full Spectrum Curatorial Program of the IMPAKT Festival in the Netherlands. Simultaneously she is VJ at Minipixel, researcher at Unidad de Conciencias Colectivas Terrestres and lecturer at CENTRO and SAE Institute.

JOEL BLANCO

Joel Blanco (1991, España) es un miembro inactivo de la generación Pokémon, experto en comida basura, estudiante de filosofía, artista y diseñador. Realiza proyectos que van desde el arte y el diseño a la estrategia e investigación. Reconocido por la revista Forbes en la lista de los 40 mejores futuristas de España en 2022, emplea la visualización de escenarios futuros y otras metodologías de diseño tanto para ayudar a organizaciones a imaginar un mundo nuevo y tomar mejores decisiones, como para realizar su obra personal.
